If you forgot your username, follow these steps: 

1. Click on Sign In options

2. Select Forgot my username

3. Enter your email or phone number that you created your account with. You will then recieve the necessary instruction via emai or phone to recover your username. 

To recover your PASSWORD, follow these steps: 

1. Select Forgot password

2. Enter your Skype name, email or phone number that you used when you created your account and follow the process.
